We ask everyone attending live training modules to notify in advance the local training coordinator, the faculty member teaching the module, and our office about any serious or other significant health conditions you may have, or if you are or may be pregnant.
To notify our office, please contact Louise at +1 (424) 256-9477, or info@integralsomaticpsychology.com with any information about your condition.
To notify your training coordinator please go to the training information page on our website where the coordinator’s contact info is listed. Your coordinator will be able to connect you with your faculty member.
If you have a serious health condition the training may present a health risk to you. We may ask you to take a leave of absence until your condition has improved. If you elect to continue the training you will do so at your own risk and you will accept full liability for your participation in the training.
If you know you are, or may be pregnant, the training may present a health risk to you and your pregnancy. We may ask you to take a leave of absence and to avoid the training until you are no longer pregnant. If you elect to continue the training you will do so at your own risk and you will accept full liability for your, and your unborn child’s, participation in the training.
If you have to miss a live training module due to a serious health condition or pregnancy you have the option to make up for the missed training module by video with the help of a mentor. For details please see our Sales & Refund Policy. Some restrictions apply.
Leave of absence: any student can take a leave of absence for a maximum period of two years. You may continue the training in another location. If your leave of absence exceeds a period of two years the last live training module you attended will need to be retaken, either in person or by video, and before joining the next live training module. If you choose to retake the last module by video you will be assigned a mentor for oversight.
If you withdraw or take a leave of absence from a training due to a serious health condition, or pregnancy, our Sales & Refund Policy applies.
We care for all training participants’ health and wellbeing and encourage you to err on the side of caution.

Video Makeup
The ISP Professional Training is taught in an experiential training format. The immediate experience of practicing ISP skills with your cohort, the meditation training, other personal practice experiences, as well as the community support you will receive during the live training modules are essential elements of the training and part of your personal and professional success. It is important not to miss any live training modules. And, we know life sometimes gets in the way. If you need to miss part of a live training module it is possible to catch up with video, and work through the missed exercises with the oversight of an assigned mentor.
Following video makeup requirements apply:
- If you want to join the ISP Professional Training after module 1 has taken place you have the option to take the first module by video. Full tuition applies. Included in the tuition is the review of all course hours and demos by video, the training module manual, and one hour of supervision by an assigned mentor to orient the participant to the ISP approach.
- If you need to miss an ISP module you can make up by video. Full tuition applies. Included in the tuition is the review of all course hours and demos by video and the training module manual. For those making up module two or three by video, supervision is not provided as for module one.
